  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 2 zucchini, shredded
  • 1 head broccoli, stems removed and florets finely chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese, Tofu
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
