Vegan Garlic Asian Noodles Recipe

Combine garlic peanut sauce ingredients and mix until well integrated. Season to taste.
Place spaghetti, water, and garlic peanut sauce in the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.
When the water is boiling, turn down the heat and allow to simmer, stirring every few minutes.
Add bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Cook until the sauce thickens and the pasta and veggies are tender, around 15 minutes.
Add the green onions and stir to coat.
