Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Soak almonds overnight and remove skins (optional).
  • Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender for 5 to 10 minutes or until very, very smooth.
  • Refrigerate til use.
