This simple gravy can go over baked potatoes or whatever you fancy.
It is important to do it at the moment and never reheat as miso will loose its properties and the flavour will change.
2 tablespoonsmiso (depending of your taste it can be darker or lighter)
2 tablespoonswater (add more if you want alighter consistency)
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
As easy as it sounds. Heat the water until it is about to boil (can be done in a pot or for 30 seconds in the microwave). Mix with the miso, stirr until you find the consistency you need. Enjoy!
